All L'IDÉE WOMAN products are handcrafted in Indonesia and we take the utmost care to ensure all items are in perfect condition. 

Items can sometimes differ slightly from the images presented on the website due to varying fabric cuts and seasonality of the materials. Please note that general stretch on each fabrication differs from style to style - some will have less stretch than others. The images used on the website are taken to best showcase the items as accurately as possible. The colours may differ slightly between computer monitors.


We are happy to supply products to rental boutiques which are from past seasons and won’t be restocked. Styles on pre-order are considered new season and will be cancelled. If you are unsure which category a style fits into please don't hesitate to contact us for clarification. Please note: Any orders placed on new season with the intention of hire will be cancelled & refunded immediately, if you think your order was wrongfully cancelled please contact customerservice@lideewoman.com.au.


Any pre-order items have an estimated turnaround time of 4 weeks for the date of purchase. 


Orders are processed within 48 hours of being received. This excludes weekends and holidays. A confirmation email with tracking will be sent once the order has been shipped. Please remember to check your junk folder in case it has been filtered there. We only offer shipping within Australia - we are in the process of setting up a northern hemisphere website, it will be launching soon!


All domestic orders are sent via eParcel Australia Post unless stated otherwise.

Delivery for domestic shipping is estimated between 3-5 working days from the day it is posted. 

L'IDÉE is not responsible for delays caused by adverse weather conditions, the customs clearance process, or other third party delays.

Items purchased online must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order. You can return for a size exchange, style exchange or a store credit - please note, we only offer refunds if an item is deemed faulty or not fit for purpose.

The items must be returned unworn and have their original tags and packaging. Exchanges are fulfilled based on stock availability, if the item is not available it may be eligible to be made to order otherwise a credit note will be provided which you will be informed of.

If believe your item is faulty please email customerservice@lideewoman.com.au with your order number and photos to identify the issue. Please note, your window of exchange for faulty items is within 3 months of purchase date.

All sales are final on Clearance, Sample and Sale items. 

The cost of returning items for the purpose of an exchange is the responsibility of the customer. We do not reimburse for the cost of shipping unless the item is faulty. We are not liable for your item while it is in transit back to us, so we recommend that you use an insured-registered post and hold onto the tracking number.

To proceed with a return please contact customerservice@lideewoman.com.au to obtain an authorisation form. Your return will be processed within 7 days of being received.
