Size Guide

Our silhouettes are composed of either tight micro pleats or a relaxed pleat combination, as a result the fit of the silhouettes tend to be flexible.

Due to the pleating technique some of our silhouettes are size fluid, meaning they have a flexible fit across the chest, waist and hips. These styles do not have specific measurements and so we recommend that you choose your size based on our below guide whilst taking into account your usual size.

Form fitting shapes that feature a rear zip closure have bust and waist measurements that can be provided upon request.

Relaxed silhouettes that feature a rear zip closure have waist measurements that can be provided upon request.

All products are displayed in AU sizing on the website.

Care Instructions

WASHING INSTRUCTIONS.

Our garments should only be washed at a temperature below 30 degrees Celsius. They can be washed in either a delicates laundry bag & machine-washed on a gentle short cycle or hand washed gently. To dry, the garments should be laid flat to dry and away from direct sunlight in a well ventilated area.

PRECAUTIONS.

The finish of the fabric is not designed to withstand heat and so it should be avoided at all costs. Please note that reprocessing pleats after they have relaxed due to being exposed to heat is not possible so they must be handled with utmost care.

Do not dry clean
Do not tumble dry
Do not iron or steam press
Do not wash on a warm cycle or in hot water
Do not use detergents that contain bleach
Avoid wearing garment when wet as it will stretch the pleats

STORING YOUR PLEATS.

To store your garment we recommend rolling up the garments along the lines of the pleats and then placing in the garment bag received with your order.

We suggest not leaving it hanging for a prolonged period of time as this could affect the way the pleating falls in the long term. Please try to store your garment somewhere without moisture or humidity and avoid stretching the garment as the pleating is delicate.

The beauty of our product is it does not require ironing or steaming, pop it in your suitcase or weekend bag for your destination event, pull it out and it’s ready to wear! What a dream.

Return & Refund Policy

Items purchased online must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order. You can return for a size exchange, style exchange or a store credit - please note, we only offer refunds if an item is deemed faulty or not fit for purpose.

The items must be returned unworn and have their original tags and packaging. Exchanges are fulfilled based on stock availability, if the item is not available it may be eligible to be made to order otherwise a credit note will be provided which you will be informed of.

If believe your item is faulty please email customerservice@lideewoman.com.au with your order number and photos to identify the issue. Please note, your window of exchange for faulty items is within 3 months of purchase date.

All sales are final on Clearance, Sample and Sale items. Please note that made to order items are also final due to the nature of being made specifically for the customer.

The cost of returning items for the purpose of an exchange is the responsibility of the customer. We do not reimburse for the cost of shipping unless the item is faulty. We are not liable for your item while it is in transit back to us, so we recommend that you use an insured-registered post and hold onto the tracking number.

To proceed with a return please contact customerservice@lideewoman.com.au to obtain instructions on how to return. Your return will be processed within 7 days of being received.

Shipping & Delivery

Orders available for immediate delivery are processed within 24 hours of being received unless specified otherwise. This excludes weekends and Western Australian and Indonesian holidays. A confirmation email with tracking will be sent once the order has been shipped.

Please note that items are dispatched from various warehouses around the world and the below are delivery estimates only. If your order is urgent please email our team ahead of purchasing so we can advise on the location of the item and advise on a more accurate timeline.

DUTIES & TAXES

Items are shipped on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, meaning the final price shown at checkout includes all the relevant import taxes and duties. You will not have to pay any additional costs.

DELAYS

On some occasions you may experience delays in receiving your order due to outside factors. L'IDÉE is not responsible for delays caused by adverse weather conditions, the customs clearance process, or other third party delays.

PRE-ORDER & MADE TO ORDER

These items have an estimated delivery date or turnaround time listed on the product page. If you have any queries regarding the turnaround time please reach out to our customer service team for clarification. Please note that occasionally pre-orders and items that are made to order will be dispatched from Indonesia, as such they are shipped with FED EX and can take up to 5 business days to arrive.
