RETURN POLICY.
Items purchased online must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order. You can return for an exchange, store credit or refund. To initiate a return please click here.
The items must be returned unworn and in their original condition with their original tags and packaging. Exchanges are fulfilled based on stock availability, if the item is not available you can opt for a credit note or a refund.
REFUND ELIGIBILITY
• Refunds are available for full-priced items only.
• Full-priced purchases can be returned for a refund, store credit, or a size exchange.
• Sale items (including items discounted via promotional code or automatic discount) are not eligible for a refund, but may be returned for store credit or a size exchange.
NON-COMPLIANT RETURNS
If your return does not meet these conditions, it will be rejected and sent back to you at your expense.
HANDLING FEES
$10 return handling fee will be deducted from your refund or store credit for any return exchange or refund
PROCESSING TIMES
- Refunds, credits are issued back to your original payment method (minus handling fee and any original shipping fees) once the item is in transit back to our warehouse.
- Immediate exchanges are available, without delay, with a credit card hold, your card will only be charged if the return item has not been scanned within 14 days
- Once processed, you’ll receive an email notification regarding your refund, credit or exchange.
- Please allow up to 5 business days for refunds to appear in your account.
Please note that as a sustainably conscious brand with small batch production, slight colour variations of up to 10% may occur.
