RETURN POLICY

RETURN POLICY.

Items purchased online must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order. You can return for an exchange or store credit (the store credit has no expiry). To initiate a return please click here. We offer refunds for items deemed faulty or unfit for purpose.

The items must be returned unworn and in their original condition with their original tags and packaging. Exchanges are fulfilled based on stock availability, if the item is not available you can opt for a credit note.

NON-COMPLIANT RETURNS

If your return does not meet these conditions, it will be rejected and sent back to you at your expense.

HANDLING FEES

$10 return handling fee will be deducted from your original payment.

PROCESSING TIMES

  • Credits are issued via email (minus handling fee and any original shipping fees) once the item is received back to our warehouse. Please allow up to 5 business days for processing.
  • Immediate exchanges are available, without delay, with a credit card hold, your card will only be charged if the return item has not been scanned within 14 days
  • Once processed, you’ll receive an email notification regarding your credit or exchange.

Please note that as a sustainably conscious brand with small batch production, slight colour variations of up to 10% may occur.
